The return window
- With the original receipt, within 30 days of purchase, Ross gives a full refund in the way you paid. Card purchases are refunded to the same card, and that card must be with you.
- With a receipt older than 30 days, you get an exchange or store credit.
- Items must not be used, worn or altered — those get no refund, credit or exchange.
No receipt?
- You need a valid picture ID, and you get store credit or an exchange at the item's current selling price.
- No-receipt store credit over $50 is mailed as a voucher within 21 days, to the address on your ID.
- Ross's system limits how many no-receipt refunds you can make, and it can decline a refund — keep your receipts.
Good to know
- Swimwear and lingerie need the original ticket attached. Mattress sales are final, and opened software can't be refunded.
- Paid by check? Cash refunds have a 5-day wait.
- Ross may enter your ID into its refund verification system.
