The return window
- Anything you don't love — including sale and clearance items and gifts — can be returned or exchanged if it's unwashed, unworn and in original condition.
- Store purchases: within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt, you get a refund to your original payment or an exchange.
- Online orders: 30 days from the date your order ships, refunded to your original payment. Online orders can be returned in store; original shipping isn't refunded.
After 30 days or no receipt
- You can exchange the item, valued at its lowest selling price. You pay any difference, but you don't get money back if the new item costs less.
- Non-receipted exchanges are limited to $250 in 90 days (defective items excluded) and need a government-issued ID.
Good to know
- Items with the sewn-in garment tag cut or removed can't be returned. Gift cards can't be returned or cashed out unless the balance is under $10.
- One-time in-store price adjustment within 14 days of purchase, with your original receipt.
- Amazon and TikTok Shop orders follow those apps' return policies.
