The return window
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered items can be returned or exchanged within one year of purchase (or delivery, for shipped orders), with tags attached and in the original packaging, plus your original receipt or AnthroPerks lookup.
- Within 30 days of delivery or in-store purchase you get a refund to your original payment at the original price. After 30 days, you get merchandise credit. After one year, no returns or exchanges.
- Unlimited Furniture Delivery items in saleable condition: within 30 days of delivery — call the furniture team at 800-732-2306.
Holiday returns
- Orders placed October 1 – December 31 can be returned or exchanged through January 31. Doesn't apply to Unlimited Furniture Delivery items or wedding gowns.
Where to return & fees
- Store returns are free. Mail returns cost $5.95 for most items, taken from your refund. In-store purchases must go back to a store.
- Items can't go back to Anthropologie Home Outlets or pop-up shops.
Can't be returned
- Final sale items (sale-on-sale items ending in $.95), packaged food, live plants, made-to-order wedding gowns and some personal wellness items. Everything at Home Outlets is final sale.
