The return window
- With the original receipt, within 90 days of purchase, Hobby Lobby will exchange the item, give store credit, or refund to your original payment method. Check purchases have a 10-day wait for a refund.
- Online orders can also be returned within 90 days.
No receipt?
- You can exchange the item or get merchandise credit at the lowest selling price in the last 60 days. Valid ID required.
Online orders
- Items must be in sellable condition — opened or used merchandise can't be returned.
- Any single line item totaling $250 or more counts as a bulk purchase and must go back to hobbylobby.com (except Christmas trees, furniture and wall decor priced over $250 each). Seasonal items from a bulk purchase may have a 20% restocking fee.
- Online items under $250 can be returned to any Hobby Lobby store within 90 days. Bring the invoice; the credit goes on a Hobby Lobby gift card.
- Damaged or defective online items can't go back to a store — call 1-800-888-0321 first.
Can't be returned
- Cricut machines and sewing machines (except Singer Stitch Quick) can't be returned or exchanged unless you have the original receipt and they're new and unopened.
