The return window
- Store purchases: within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt, for a refund to your original payment.
- Online orders: 30 days from the estimated or actual delivery date of your last shipment, whichever is later — in store or by mail.
- Gold Status Hollister House Rewards members get 60 days, but returns after day 30 get merchandise credit only. You must already have been Gold when you ordered.
- Hollister doesn't accept returns or exchanges without a receipt, invoice or order confirmation.
Holiday returns
- With the original receipt, anything bought November 1 – December 31 can be returned for a full refund through January 31 of the next year.
Fees & good to know
- Store returns and exchanges are free. Mail returns using Hollister's return service cost $7, taken from your refund — waived if you take an e-gift card instead (unless you paid with a gift card or merchandise credit).
- Price drop within 7 days of purchase? Bring the item and receipt for the difference.
- Outlet purchases go back to outlets only; clearance items bought at US outlets, final sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
