The return window
- Return or exchange within 60 days of an online order's delivery or a Nike store purchase (some exceptions apply).
- Proof of purchase is required. Returns are free for Nike Members.
- Bought Nike at another retailer? Return it to that retailer.
Where to return
- Store purchases and online orders can go back to most Nike stores — but not Nike Clearance stores. Online orders can also be shipped back.
- Nike Clearance store purchases are final: no returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
Exceptions
- Custom Jersey By You soccer jerseys can't be returned. Nike x LEGO brick sets must be sealed and unopened.
- Defective item after 60 days? It may be covered by Nike's warranty.
- Nike may require ID for returns and can limit returns with or without receipts.
