The return window
- Online and store orders must be returned within 45 days of the original shipment date to get credit to your original payment. Returns arriving after 45 days aren't accepted.
- Items must be unworn and like new, in the original boxes and bags with all hang tags.

Where to return & fees
- Return by mail through Foot Locker's ReadyReturns portal or at any Foot Locker store.
- Mail returns are free for FLX Rewards members; otherwise $6.99 is taken from your refund. Original shipping isn't refunded unless the item was defective or wrong.
