Store purchases
- Return to any UNIQLO store within 30 days of purchase, with your original receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment; gift receipt returns get a store gift card.
- Items must be new, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached. Packaged items can be returned opened, as long as the tags are on. Undergarments can't be returned once out of the package.
- Exchange for a different size or color of the same item at any UNIQLO store within 30 days. One-time price adjustment within 14 days (receipt required).
Online orders
- Return within 30 days of the original ship date — not the delivery date. UNIQLO's own example: shipped April 1, last day to return April 30.
- Online orders go back by mail only — stores can't process them (unless you used Pay In-Store, which goes back to that store).
- Online exchanges (same item, different size or color) cost a $7 return shipping fee.
Can't be returned
- Used, washed, damaged, hemmed or altered items, final sale items, undergarments, items missing accessories, and RE.UNIQLO used or repaired clothing.
- Returns must be made in the country of purchase.
