The return window
- Store purchases: 30 days from the purchase date. Online orders: 30 days from the date your order shipped.
- Items must be in their original condition with all their labels. You must return in the same country or region you bought in.
- Your order details show the last day you can return an online order.
Where to return
- Free at any Zara store, for both store and online purchases — bring the items and your Zara QR code or receipt. Someone else can return them for you.
- By mail (online orders only): drop the package at a delivery point. Zara deducts $4.95 per return request from your refund. The package must be dropped off before your return period ends.
Special rules
- Swimwear needs its hygiene strip. Women's undergarments must keep their protective bag or sticker; men's undergarments can't be returned; kids' undergarments can't be returned except socks, tights, tops, bodysuits and undershirts still in original packaging.
- Fragrances must be sealed. Cosmetics must be unused and sealed (Standard Procedure items can't be returned). HOME items must be in sealed original packaging.
- Personalized items and magazines can't be returned, and items from a pack can't be returned separately.
