The return window
- Store or online, return any item with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date to exchange or return it at its original price.
- Active Neighbor's Club members get 90-day paperless returns.
- Proof of purchase: your register receipt, a transaction on your Neighbor's Club account, or your order or shipping confirmation email.
After 30 days or no receipt
- Store returns without proof of purchase, or after 30 days, need approval from Tractor Supply's refund verification system. Approved no-receipt returns need a state or federal ID and are refunded at the current price on a gift card.
Where to return
- Start online returns from your order history, or bring any purchase to a Tractor Supply store for an immediate refund or exchange. Exchanges happen in stores.
- Original shipping isn't refunded unless there was a shipping error, damage or a defect.
Can't be returned
- Ammunition and pet prescription medications. Live animals have their own instructions on the product page.
