The return window
- Items must be returned within 60 days, with no signs of wear and all original tags. Try boots on carpet only — hard floors can scuff the soles.
- Store or event purchases are refunded to your original payment only with the original sales receipt (cash comes back as a check). Returns without a receipt are handed back.
Where to return & fees
- Online orders can be returned free at any Boot Barn store, for a refund or store credit.
- By mail, $10 is taken from your refund when Boot Barn issues a prepaid UPS label (waived for defects or Boot Barn's mistakes). Original shipping isn't refunded.
- Send boots back in the boot box inside a shipping box — tape or labels on the boot box can mean a restocking fee.
